Pureed pickled cucumbers
Our purée has the traditional taste of homemade cucumbers.
It’s pureed pickled cucumbers (fresh cucumbers fermented in our facility in salted water with aromatic herbs and spices).
Without a doubt, dill in whole umbels does a great job here, horseradish gives a nice crunch and prevents holes from forming inside the cucumbers, while bay leaf and allspice add character and accentuate the flavor.
