Naturally fermented sour cucumbers

The deep and distinctive flavor of ALMAR’s pickled cucumbers is the perfect complement to many dishes.

Before they’re packed into jars, each cucumber is carefully selected, and their outstanding taste comes from traditional fermentation in a brine with garlic, horseradish, dill with full umbels, allspice, and bay leaves. The ingredients are incredibly simple – but the result is out of this world.

Delicious, firm, and super sour pickled cucumbers. They take a lot of work and time to make, but the results are absolutely amazing. Those who’ve tried them know exactly what I mean – and those who haven’t still have a chance to catch up!
